Returns
Since chocolates are perishable, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons, as per the Sales of Goods and Services Act.
We do our best to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, but on rare occasions, they may be damaged or fail to arrive due to delivery issues. Some chocolates are fragile, so refunds may not always be possible. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution. This may include sending a replacement or offering a full or partial refund, depending on the situation. Typically, we do not offer both a refund and a replacement.
To help us address the issue, we may request photos showing the damage. These help us improve our processes and may also support claims with our delivery service.
